Pam Dixon is an Attorney with the Firm and focuses her practice in labor and employment law and employment litigation. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, Pam is a member of the Missouri and Illinois state Bars. She has extensive experience in employment law, business litigation, government relations, election law, and working with startup companies.

Pam previously served as General Counsel for the Lt. Governor of Missouri. In that role, she handled all legal matters regarding the Lt. Governor, his office policies and staff. This included all employment matters, legislative issues, legal and constituent inquires, responding to requests under Missouri’s open government law, and ensuring compliance with the Missouri Ethics Commission. Pam represented the Lt. Governor on multiple state boards and commissions and advised on numerous policy and legislative decisions. She also served as internal counsel for the Lt. Governor’s successful lawsuit overturning the Secretary of State’s ballot language regarding healthcare exchanges. Pam has extensive experience in speechwriting, messaging, press-releases and working with major media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Fox News and Missouri news outlets.

Pam has additional experience serving as in-house legal counsel and strategy advisor to a technology startup company where she developed business plans, drafted internal policies and advised on compliance with the Securities Exchange Commission. She wrote and published terms of services and privacy policies, drafted employment agreements, negotiated vendor contracts and handled trademark and copyright matters. Pam has an extensive background in marketing and communication matters and provided all legal advice on media communications, marketing plans, and online advertisements.

Pam was also an associate at a national law firm focusing in the area of business litigation where she participated in state and federal trials, drafted settlement agreements, prepared employment contracts, and defended non-compete agreements.
