indy Mahn is Senior Counsel with the firm, and focuses her practice in commercial and civil litigation and arbitration, commercial transactions, and labor and employment litigation. She has built experience through both in-house and private law firm positions working on employment and labor matters, antitrust litigation and complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with representation in various industries, including aviation, construction, publishing, communications and manufacturing. Mindy's practice has also included drafting of personnel policies and employment, non-compete, independent contractor, severance, asset purchase, and joint venture agreements. Mindy currently represents and advises both large and small business clients on various matters including construction and contract litigation and arbitration, commercial transactions and ventures, general business, contract, employment and independent contractor issues, and the formation of new corporations and limited liability companies.
